چکیده

The A60 class deck penetration piece is a fire-resistance apparatus installed on the compartment to protect lives and prevent flame diffusion in case of fire accident ship or offshore plant. In this study, sensitivity performance approximation characteristics for was evaluated by conducting transient heat-transfer analysis test. conducted evaluate design piece, results were verified via penetration-piece length, diameter, material type, insulation density used as factors (DFs), output responses weight, temperature, cost, productivity. quantitative effects each DF using design-of-experiments method. Additionally, an optimum identified minimize weight while satisfying allowable limits responses. According results, various approximate models, e.g., Kriging model, response surface method, radial basis function-based neural network (RBFN), generated. results. It concluded that among RBFN able explore space with highest accuracy.
